I obtained a Master of Science in management from HEC in France. Prior to joining Mercer, I spent two years in the San Francisco Bay area helping develop start-up companies. After specialising in finance at the end of my Masters programme, I decided to join a leading investment consulting firm which would give me valuable opportunities for career development. With a rich graduate programme focused on career development, Mercer was an ideal choice.

I joined the Sentinel® team in January 2008. Mercer Sentinel® is a specialist team that sits within investment consulting. We specialise in investment operations which include custody and transition management. My work consists of researching, selecting and monitoring custodian banks on behalf of our clients, reviewing investment managers' operations and assisting in transition manager selections.

My role as an analyst consists of liaising with clients and third parties to help clients review, improve and select service providers for the efficient and robust operations of their funds. I also regularly partake in meetings and onsite visits with investment managers and custodian banks, which has allowed me to improve my knowledge of the investment industry.

What I really enjoy about Mercer is the flexibility they give me to improve my skills, and to adapt my training to my chosen career path. Mercer's partnering for success programme helps me keep track of my goals and challenges me to take on new responsibilities. With Mercer's support, I have obtained my IMC and I am currently studying for CFA level 1.
