Trainee pension consultantThe roleTrainee pension consultants join our outsourcing business unit providing comprehensive pension scheme management services and consulting advice to clients. You will develop specialist pensions knowledge, strong scheme management and client relationship skills through researching, coordinating and delivering information from across a range of sources. Professional qualificationsAs a pensions consultant you will complete the Advanced Diploma in Retirement Provision, facilitated by the Pensions Management Institute. The Advanced Diploma is a comprehensive and in-depth qualification aimed at retirement benefit professionals. To become an associate of the Pensions Management Institute, you need to complete nine exams and have a minimum of three years work experience. RequirementsYou’ll need a minimum of 320 UCAS obtained in 3 subjects including Mathematics at a B grade or above and a 2.1 honours degree expected or obtained in a numerical or semi numerical degree discipline. Equivalent qualifications are accepted.
