The role

The role of trainee pensions consultant will set you on the path to becoming skilled in every aspect of pensions solutions. Following a structured programme of training and a high level of client exposure, you’ll contribute to the research of pension information, the creation of employee benefits packages and the delivery of scheme management and pensions advice. As your career progresses, options could include managing a portfolio of clients, taking a business leadership role, developing an area of technical expertise or specialising in business development. Along the way we will provide a comprehensive study package to help you work towards the Advanced Diploma in Retirement Provision (APMI).
