How to apply

If you’d like to apply for a role in any of the locations you’ve seen listed on this site, you’ll go through a straight-forward but thorough process designed not only to ensure that you’re right for us, but also that we’re right for you.

Online application

Decide which role and location you would like to apply for. You’ll need to attach your CV and fill out the short application form. Listen or read about the experiences of our recent graduates if you want some help deciding on the right career for you.

Telephone interview

The phone interview will consist of questions regarding your academic results, your knowledge of Mercer, the role you’ve applied for, the industry which we operate in, the professional qualifications you may take if you join us as a graduate and a few competency based questions.

Assessment centre

You’ll undertake interviews, deliver a presentation and participate in an observed discussion to assess your communication style and to see how you work within a team. You’ll also complete a verbal reasoning skills test and, depending on the role you’re applying for, a numeracy test.

Receive an offer

You’ll hear back from us within a week of your assessment day to let you know the outcome.

Pre-employment screening

Once you’ve accepted our offer, we’ll verify your academic and employment history.
