Reward analyst

The role

Reward analysts undertake research and analysis into issues affecting business profitability, including compensation (salaries, incentives, pensions, benefits) and business performance (sales, profits, returns, market value). You will develop solutions to the issues affecting your client’s business by using statistical analysis and you may then assist in the implementation of these solutions.

The professional qualifications

All reward analysts study the MSC in human resources, enabling you to become a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development. It takes two years to complete and encompasses HR practitioner standards, specialist personnel & development as well as people management & development

The requirements

You’ll need a minimum of 320 UCAS obtained in three subjects including mathematics at a B grade or above and a 2.1 honours degree expected or obtained in a numerical or semi numerical degree discipline. Equivalent qualifications are accepted.
