The professional qualificationsAll reward analysts study the MSC in human resources, enabling you to become a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development. It takes two years to complete and encompasses HR practitioner standards, specialist personnel & development as well as people management & development The requirementsYou’ll need a minimum of 320 UCAS obtained in three subjects including mathematics at a B grade or above and a 2.1 honours degree expected or obtained in a numerical or semi numerical degree discipline.
