Better member communications

To maximise member participation and understanding, we deliver an integrated member communications and education programme, which includes proactive and engaging communications across a wide range of channels; print, online, telephone and seminars. The programme includes targeted information such as newsletters and seminars. We also offer members a Help Line service and gives defined contribution members access to their personal plan information via the internet.
