Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)FirstAssist was selected following a robust competitive tender exercise. The purpose of this provision is to offer a unique, high-quality EAP at a price that Mercer believes is currently one of the lowest in the market.
Two comprehensive levels of EAP services are available: these are “Gold” and “Silver”, both of which are exclusive packages for Mercer. The plans offer a 24/7 telephone counselling helpline, legal advice, financial information, health and wellbeing advice, a web health portal and up to six sessions of face-to-face counselling.
